General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules (FSSs), also known as Multiple Award Schedules (MASs), are indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts of unlimited dollar value available to all Federal agencies worldwide. Under the FSS Program, GSA enters into Government-wide contracts with commercial firms allowing Federal customers to acquire services and products directly from FSS contractors. Individual delivery orders for an organization are competed and awarded based on best value with consideration placed on past performance, unique capabilities, and cost.
